5.2/10

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to the parks and activities, which was a real plus. However, the rooms were in poor condition, with a smell of mold, leaking toilets, and inadequate communication between the front desk and restaurants. Also, the dining options were limited and not very satisfying. Service was hit or miss, especially with the aggressive timeshare pitches, but some staff members were quite accommodating.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a terrible smell of humidity and mold, and I dealt with a leaking toilet and a burnt-out light bulb. It was disappointing, to say the least.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit aggressive when trying to get us to attend a timeshare presentation, and it often felt like we were waiting longer than necessary because other staff members were prioritized first.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel was perfect, being so close to the parks. It definitely made up for some of the other issues we faced.
Dining
5.0
Dining was pretty disappointing overall. The food was hit or miss, and several restaurants were closed during our stay.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could use some maintenance, as the pool and beach areas were small and not particularly impressive.

7.0/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent as it was close to the parks, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The service from most staff members was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, there was quite a bit of noise at night from staff and other activities, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement in variety and quality. Overall, it has potential but isn't without its flaws.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious with a king size bed, huge closet storage, and a small table for drinks, which I liked. On the downside, it was really noisy at night due to staff moving carts and a generator running intermittently.
Service
8.0
The service was generally excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, especially when it came to making reservations for dining. However, there was a persistent push towards time-sharing that became a bit tiresome.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to Xcaret park, and the surrounding jungle added a nice touch with vibrant wildlife. It took a bit over 20 minutes to get to the parks, but it was still convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining was hit or miss. There was only one breakfast place that was too far from my room, and the food quality varied too much. Overall, I felt more variety was definitely needed.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities were decent, I felt they could use some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.

I had a tough experience at this hotel. While the location is excellent with easy access to the parks and beautiful surroundings, the rooms were quite disappointing. They were not soundproof and appeared to need a fresh coat of paint. Service was also frustratingly slow and disorganized. On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to attractions was definitely a highlight.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear neighbors talking late into the night. Additionally, they looked like they needed a good paint job and the cleanliness wasn't up to par, including unclean bed sheets.
Service
5.0
Service was pretty bad, very slow and a bit rude. It felt like they were more interested in selling us extra services than providing genuine help.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent as it was close to the parks and surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a calm atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite bland with limited selections, mostly just repeats of the same carbohydrate-heavy foods every day.
Facilities
5.0
I didn't experience much in terms of facilities due to the overall issues, but the ones I saw didn't impress.

I had a pretty nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a king-size bed, which made for a comfortable experience. The location was fantastic as it was just a short walk to Xcaret Mexico, making it easy to explore. The service was friendly, yet sometimes hard to get a hold of. However, the dining options left something to be desired with repetitive food choices. Overall, it was decent value for money, though I wished for better dining experiences.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, surrounded by nature and close to the beach, providing a calm atmosphere. However, the rooms need some repairs and definitely felt more basic than a five-star hotel, especially for the price. The service was friendly but inconsistent, which could be improved. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you prioritize location over room quality.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are quite spacious, but they need some repairs and cleaning as they had chips and felt a bit neglected. Definitely not worth the five-star price tag.
Service
6.0
The staff is super nice, but the service felt inconsistent at times, especially with rules for guests. It could definitely use more uniformity.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, nestled close to parks and nature which gives a serene vibe. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach.

6.0/10

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Xcaret Park, making it perfect for exploration. However, I found the accessibility to the rooms a bit challenging, especially for someone with limited mobility. While the staff was generally friendly, there were moments of rudeness that took away from the overall experience. Dining options were quite limited and could use a major improvement in variety and quality.

Rooms
6.0
The accommodations were very average, and getting to them involved navigating multiple sets of stairs, which was a challenge for me with my leg brace. The balcony was nice though.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss; some staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, while others were rude, especially about dress codes. I felt particularly stressed when they charged us extra than what was quoted.
Location

The location is excellent if you're planning to visit Xcaret, being just a 3-5 minute walk away. However, getting from the room to the dining area was quite difficult and inconvenient.
Dining

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were quite average but featured a nice balcony. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, but at times it felt overly focused on upselling memberships. The location was excellent, close to the beach, though I did find the push from staff to join clubs a bit annoying. Dining was a mixed bag, with some tasty dishes but also some that could really use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were okay, very average accommodations, though I did enjoy the nice balcony that was available from early morning until the early evening.
Service
7.0
The service was helpful and friendly, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. However, they seemed more focused on selling us a membership than on really addressing our needs.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect, close to the beach and very convenient. Just be cautious of the pushy staff trying to sell you into their VIP club, as it can be a bit overwhelming.
Dining
5.0
Dining was really hit and miss. While some meals were lovely with lovely views of the sea, I found that the quality and variety needed significant improvement.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I appreciated that they were well-maintained, but I was hoping for a bit more variety in amenities.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, it's perfectly situated next to Xcaret park, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were decent, but they could really use a deep clean. I also found the service a bit pushy at times, which took away from the relaxing vibe I was hoping for. Overall, it has great potential, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were okay, but they definitely need a deep clean and better organization. The jacuzzi in my first room didn't even have a number, which was odd. By the third room, things were more manageable.
Service
5.0
The staff tried to sell us various memberships and were a bit serious, and I felt they took their frustrations out on guests, especially families. I wish they would allow guests to relax more without constant interruptions.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, right next to Xcaret park, which made it really easy for us to access. It definitely felt exclusive in terms of the amenities that were offered.
Dining
7.0
The dining options varied, but while they had fresh seafood like shrimp and salmon, the other choices were less than ideal. I think they could improve the variety.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally good, but there was room for improvement, especially regarding cleanliness.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to XCaret park, and the service was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The rooms are spacious, but I was disappointed that the elevator was out of order, making it cumbersome to get to my room on the third floor. The dining options were inconsistent with the food quality, which could use more variety. Overall, it's a good value for money, but it has its drawbacks.
